Thank you for shopping with Rock Eternal. We are excited to get working on your order. We aim to provide you with fast, affordable, and reliable shipping options. All of our orders are made-to-order, shipping times and cost may vary slightly.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our items are printed and fulfilled after the order is placed. 

=There may be longer processing times weekends and holidays. 

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed for you at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are based on your location and order weight. These rates are  subject to change without notice. They are not determined by Rock Eternal, but by the USPS or selected postal carrier.


Please Note: These are estimated times and may vary due to carrier delays, or peak seasons.

 

International Shipping

Rock Eternal does not currently ship internationally.

 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. 

 

Shipping Delays

We here at Rock Eternal appreciate your order. And we begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, however, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • High order volumes during holidays or sales

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but will do our best to assist you in tracking down your shipment if needed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rock Eternal is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order and you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at myrocketernal01@gmail.com for assistance.
