Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Rock Eternal.

Due to the nature of our products being custom made just for you on a made-to-order basis, and our commitment to maintaining hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final.

We currently do not accept returns, issue refunds, or exchanges on any items. To also include: gifts, delayed shipping, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Including but not limited to:

  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Limited edition or custom pieces
  • Sales or discounted items

We recommend our customers review all product information carefully before making a purchase. Please refer to the size chart and production descriptions to ensure the best fit and satisfaction. Exceptions (if any):

While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will gladly replace or offer a store credit for any item that arrives damaged. To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Original packaging details

We will assess and respond on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions.
